GMCC’s 310F EDLC cell uses the world's advanced dry electrode manufacturing technology, effectively solves the problems of low energy consumption, intensity, density, and purity of traditional coated electrodes, and adopts 33mm cylindrical structure, all-pole ear, and all-laser welding technology, to achieve ultra-low internal resistance, ultra-high reliability, and thermal management-safety structure design advantages; So the 310F cell displays the characteristics of high power, long life, wide temperature range, fast response, and high safety. Meanwhile, 310F cell has passed a variety of strict performance tests and international standards, RoHS, REACH, UL810A, ISO16750 Table 12, IEC 60068-2-64 (table A.5/A.6), and IEC 60068-2-27, etc. Currently, the modules based 310F cell are in the stage of batch deployment for starting fuel vehicles and PHEVs, 12V redundant power supplies for passenger vehicles, 48V active stabilizer/active suspension, 48V electro-mechanical braking (EMB) and 48V micro-hybrid systems.
